We teach Mindful Kindness
Kindr is on a mission to increase well-being and happiness in individuals, organizations, and communities. We teach Mindful Kindness and provide resources, curricula, and grants to implement educational programs developed by our expert team using proven practices in educational psychology, curriculum development, at-risk youth support and mental health literacy skills.
Over the last 3 years, the Kindr Foundation has awarded more than $2,000,000 in grants to k-12 schools, community programs that serve at-risk youth, and programs that work with incarcerated individuals. The foundation is committed to empowering vulnerable communities with a superpower to spread kindness, accelerate strong relationships and create a culture of lasting happiness.
We are now building upon our success in inspiring youth to learn mindful kindness by creating a community of leaders, designers, marketers, tech innovators and cultural influencers to spread kindness together and ensure it becomes a deeper part of our lifestyle!

Mindful Kindness
The Foundation of Our Work
Our Mindful Kindness Programs (MKP) train people of all ages who want to experience a bit more joy in the world or those who suffer from things like isolation, loneliness, self-loathing, addiction, or even incarceration to build kind habits and break the self-defeating narratives. MKP helps us all gain skills that increase self-acceptance, self-awareness, and gratitude while decreasing anxiety and stress. The ultimate goal is to strengthen one’s sense of inner peace, happiness in one’s present life and personal relationships. These kind habits lead to a culture of kindness, in which we see significantly fewer harmful acts to oneself and others, positive mental & physical health outcomes, faster parole, less recidivism, earlier rehabilitation and the possibilities of living a constructive life in the future.
Our progrms can be administered asynchronously or via online or in-person facilitator led group settings. Send us an email if you’d like to implement one of our program cost-free. We offer "How Love Wins" for adults and those incarcerated, and "Lasting Happiness" for youth and school programs, and a variety of tools and resources to learn, grow and thrive.

Why Kindness?
Practicing mindful kindness leads to developing healthy relationships and caring communities that sustain us through life’s ups and downs, reduce levels of stress and anxiety, and allow us to break unkind habits. When we replace judgmental thoughts with kind thoughts and impatient actions with thoughtful actions, we find ourselves feeling happier, stronger and blessed.
We call it “The Kindness Effect”.
